This high linear preamplifier was developed for applications in the IFF frequency range (Identification Friend or Foe) at 1090 MHz.
The preamplifier has a two-pole band pass filter between the two amplifier stages for high suppression of out-of-band signals.
This preamplifier features excellent large signal performance and a low noise figure.
